Please note that Labour met with PRASA Management from 20 to 25 October 2009 to engage on the Basic Condition of Employment.  It was stated by Management that due to economical challenges and current work practices it is required to review employees terms and conditions and to bring them in line with its operational requirements.

Labour are in the process of exchanging documentation with Management in this regard.  Once we have more clarity on their document we will communicate with all our representatives on the contents of the document.

We will keep you informed as the process unfolds but also wants to ensure that we as a team will protect your interest in this challenge.
