On receipt of complaints by members in the above grades that the initial Performance Management ratings they agreed to when assessed was unilaterally reduced by Management,

I refer to your email below and confirm its correctness.  The SPO ratings of FST’s in TFR were reassessed to ensure that they correctly reflected the performance of scoring allocated.
